What we collect

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. When you send us a brief, it leaves from your own email app: we receive what you chose to write, typically your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, market, budget range and a description of what you sell.

Why we use it

To answer your brief and prepare a proposal.
To follow up on our discussions and, if we work together, to run the agreed services.

We never sell your data and never use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Briefs that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law.

Who receives it

Only our team and the providers that run our email and hosting, bound by confidentiality. Some of them may process data outside the United Arab Emirates with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to hello@pollen-dubai.com. We apply the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR.
